NY DISTILLING COMPANY'S KINGS OF MANHATTAN
Ingredients:
- 2 oz NY Distilling Co. Ragtime Rye
- 1/2 oz Carpano Antica Formula Vermouth
- 1/2 oz Punt e Mes
- 1 dash Angostura Bitters
- 1 dash Regan’s Orange Bitters
- Brandied cherry for garnish
Method:
- Stir ingredients over ice until exceedingly well-chilled
- Strain into chilled cocktail glass
- Garnish with a brandied cherry on a cocktail pick.
KINGS COUNTY MULLED CIDER
Ingredients:
- 4 oz Kings County Distillery Bourbon Whiskey
- 32 oz apple cider
- 4 cinnamon sticks
- 1/2 tsp Allspice
- 1/4 tsp Black peppercorn
- Citrus zest
Method:
- Pour the apple cider into a pot, add two cinnamon sticks, and spices over heat on a low simmer for at least 30 minutes
- Pour the apple cider into mugs
- Add a shot of bourbon to each
- Garnish with a cinnamon stick
NIKKA WHISKY YUBARI HIGHBALL
Ingredients:
- 30 ml of Nikka From the Barrel
- 50ml of fresh melon juice
- 15ml of fresh lemon juice
- Soda water
Method:
- Incorporate all ingredients (except for soda water) into a highball glass
- Add quality ice cubes and stir lightly
- Fill to top with soda water
- Garnish with two thin slices of melon
MILAM & GREEN’S BROWN DERBY
Ingredients:
- 1.5 oz Milam & Greene Whiskey Triple Cask Bourbon
- 1 oz fresh grapefruit juice
- 3/4 oz honey syrup
- Lemon peel for garnish
Method:
- Combine all ingredients into a shaker with ice and shake for at least 20 seconds
- Strain into a chilled glass
- Garnish with a lemon peel
STELLUM’S SEASON OF MISTS
Ingredients:
- 2 oz Stellum Spirits Rye
- 1.5 oz ounces chai spiced orange cordial (recipe follows)
- 1/2 oz lemon juice
- Fever Tree ginger beer
- Candied ginger and dehydrated orange slice, for garnish
Method:
To make the chai spiced orange cordial, combine one cup of freshly squeezed orange juice, ½ cup sugar, ¾ tsp cinnamon, and ¼ tsp each of ground ginger, cardamom, and allspice. Stir over medium heat until the sugar is dissolved, then remove from the heat and allow to cool. Once cool, add ¾ tsp citric acid. Store in a sealed container in the refrigerator
- Combine all ingredients in a cocktail tin filled with ice
- Shake, then strain into a Collins glass filled with fresh ice
- Top with ginger beer
- Garnish with candied ginger and dehydrated orange
- Garnish with a lemon peel
HARLEM STANDARD’S BOULEVARDIER
Ingredients:
- 2 oz Harlem Standard Straight Bourbon Whiskey Four-Grain
- 1 oz Campari
- 1 oz Sweet vermouth (we recommend Dolin or Carpano Antica)
- 1 large ice ball
- Lemon twist for garnish
Method:
- Add all ingredients into a mixing glass with ice
- Stir until chilled
- Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice
- Garnish with a lemon peel
THE ABERFELDY GOLDEN HOT TODDY
Ingredients:
- 2 oz Aberfeldy 12 Year Old
- 1/2 oz local honey syrup & hot water (boiled from the kettle)
- 1 oz lemon juice
- Spice mix - suggest using cinnamon, cloves, star anise, vanilla, nutmeg & ginger
Method:
- Add all your ingredients and Aberfeldy 12-Year-Old to a heat-proof glass or mug
- Top with hot water (boiled from the kettle)
- Stir well then remove the cloves.
- Garnish with a cinnamon stick and a slice of lemon
TOKI SOUR
Ingredients:
- 2 parts Suntory Toki
- 1 part lemon juice
- 1/2 part Elderflower syrup
- 1 Egg white (Optional)
- Mint Leaves
Method:
- Add all the ingredients to a shaker filled with ice and shake
- Strain into a coupe glass and garnish with a mint sprig
VAN BRUNT STILLHOUSE MANHATTAN
Ingredients:
- 2 oz Van Brunt Empire Rye
- 1 oz Sweet vermouth (we recommend Dolin or Carpano Antica)
- 2 dashes Angostura Bitters
- Luxardo Cherry
Method:
- Add all ingredients over ice to a mixing glass
- Stir then strain into cocktail glass neat or on the rocks
- Garnish with a Luxardo cherry
